US Sports Institute
USSI's flagship Multi Sports programs allow children of all ages to experience a variety of sports throughout their program. Children will have the opportunity to learn and play sports like basketball, soccer, flag football, track & field, hockey, and more!

All of our Multi Sport programs are suitable for children of all ability levels. From the recreation-level player to the more serious athlete, our multi sports programs are great fun for all. Whether your child is participating in a seasonal, weekly multi sports program, a week-long summer camp or a school's out camp, they are sure to have a blast developing their athletic skills and learning new sports.


Parent & Me Multi Sports Squirts
The Parent & Me Multi Sports Squirts program allows children to try a variety of sports with a helping hand from Mom or Dad! Ease your child into social situations with support and confidence as you engage in fun sports activities and games together.

Squirts/Senior Squirts Multi Sports
The Squirts Multi Sports program allows children to try a variety of different sports throughout the season including Lacrosse, Soccer, T-Ball, and Track & Field. All sports are taught in a safe and structured learning environment designed to ensure learning and most importantly: fun,
fun, fun!

USSI Make Up Policy
During spring, fall and winter seasons, USSI will provide 1 fixed rain date per program (with the exception of some school vacation programs). In the uncommon event of more than 1 cancelation due to inclement weather in a season, no further compensation will be allocated. During the summer season, for camps and classes without access to an indoor facility, no compensation for an inclement weather cancelation can be guaranteed by USSI.
